Our approach comes from Mike Hart’s 34 years of hands on construction project and executive management. Mike is a construction executive who partners with construction contract stakeholders to proactively achieve goals and solve problems.
After earning his engineering degree, Mike went to work in the field building complex bridge projects, and industrial projects. As he progressed to Superintendent, Project Manager, and ultimately Executive, working on high profile projects such as the Annapolis Naval Academy Bridge, the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, and the United States Air Force Memorial, Mike learned the value of communication and partnering. These experiences, and working through the challenges they brought, are the foundation for the Hart CCS approach.
